회복 12단계 내용과 관련 성경말씀(12 Steps & Related Scripture)

* 회복 1단계

우리는 하나님으로부터 분리되어 생긴 영향들에 무기력 했으며 우리 생활을 정상적으로 할 수 없게 되었음을 깨닫고 시인합니다.

We admitted we were powerless over the effects of our separation from God - that our lives had become unmanageable.

[내 속 곧 내 육신에 선한 것이 거하지 아니하는 줄을 아노니 원함은 내게 있으나 선을 행하는 것은 없노라 - 로마서 7장 18절

I know nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out - Romans 7:18]

* 회복 2단계

우리는 우리보다 더 위대한 힘이 우리의 생각과 생활을 정상적으로 돌아오게 해 주실 수 있다고 믿습니다.

Came to believe that a power greater than our selves could restore us to sanity.

[너희 안에서 행하시는 이는 하나님이시니 자기의 기쁘신 뜻을 위하여 너희에게 소원을 두고 행하게 하시나니 - 빌립보서 2장 13절

For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose - Philippians 2:13]

* 회복 3단계

우리는 우리가 믿는 위대한 힘의 보살핌에 우리 자신의 의지와 삶을 완전히 맡기기로 결심합니다.

Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood him.

[그러므로 형제들아 내가 하나님의 모든 자비하심으로 너희를 권하노니 너희 몸을 하나님이 기뻐하시는 거룩한 산 제물로 드리라 이는 너희가 드릴 영적 예배니라 - 로마서 12장 1절

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - which is your spiritual worship - Romans 12:1]

* 회복 4단계

우리는 두려움 없이 우리 자신의 도덕적 재고사항들을 확인 합니다.

Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

[우리가 스스로 우리의 행위들을 조사하고 여호와께로 돌아가자 - 예레미야애가 3장 40절

Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord - Lamentations 3:40]

* 회복 5단계

우리의 잘못된 사실을 하나님, 우리 자신, 그리고 다른 사람에게 시인 합니다.

Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

[그러므로 너희 죄를 서로 고백하며 병이 낫기를 위하여 서로 기도하라 의인의 간구는 역사하는 힘이 큼이니라 - 야고보서 5장 16절

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed -James 5:16]

* 회복 6단계

우리는 하나님께서 모든 성격상 약점들을 없애 주실 모든 준비를 해야만 합니다.

Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.

[주 앞에서 낮추라 그리하면 주께서 너희를 높이시리라 - 야고보서 4장 10절

Humbly yourself before the Lord, and he will lift you up - James 4:10]

* 회복 7단계

우리는 겸허히 하나님께 우리의 부족한 점들을 제거해 주시도록 간청합니다.

Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcoming.

[만일 우리가 우리 죄를 자백하면 그는 미쁘시고 의로우사 우리 죄를 사하시며 우리를 모든 불의에서 깨끗하게 하실 것이요 - 요한일서 1장 9절

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness - 1 John 1:9]

* 회복 8단계

우리가 피해를 준 모든 사람들의 명단을 작성해서 그들 모두에게 기꺼이 보상할 준비를 합니다.

Made a list of all persons we had harmed and became to make amends to them all

[남에게 대접을 받고자 하는 대로 너희도 남을 대접하라 - 누가복음 6장 31절

Do to others as you would have them do to you - Luke 6:31]

* 회복 9단계

직접 보상하는 것이 그들 또는 다른 사람들에게 상처를 줄 경우를 제외하고는 가능한 어디에서나 직접 보상합니다.

Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

[그러므로 예물을 제단에 드리려다가 거기서 네 형제에게 원망들을 만한 일이 있는 것이 생각나거든 예물을 제단 앞에 두고 먼저 가서 형제와 화목하고 그 후에 와서 예물을 드리라 - 마태복음 5장 23~24절

Therefore, If you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother - then come and offer your gift - Matthew 5:23~24]

* 회복 10단계

우리는 계속 자신을 점검해 나아가며 잘못이 있었을 때는 즉시 시인 합니다.

Continues to take personal inventory and, when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.

[그런즉 선줄로 생각하는 자는 넘어질까 조심하라

So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall - 1 Corinthians 10:12]

* 회복 11단계

기도와 명상을 통해서 의식적으로 우리가 아는 하나님과 더욱 가까워지도록 힘쓰며, 오직 우리를 위한 하나님의 뜻을 깨닫고 그 뜻을 실행할 능력을 구하는 기도를 합니다.

Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood him, praying only for knowledge of his will for us and the power to carry that out.

[그리스도의 말씀이 너희 속에 풍성히 거하게 하라 -골로새서 3장 16절

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly - Colossians 3:16]

* 회복 12단계

이전 회복 단계들의 결과로 영적으로 각성 되었으므로, 다른 중독자들이나 가족들에게 이 회복원칙을 전하도록 힘쓰며, 우리 삶의 모든 영역에서 이 모든 원칙들을 실천하도록 노력합니다.

Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

[형제들아 사람이 만일 무슨 범죄한 일이 드러나거든 신령한 너희는 온유한 심령으로 그러한 자를 바로잡고 너 자신을 살펴보아 너도 시험을 받을까 두려워하라 - 갈라디아서 6장 1절

Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted - Galatians 6:1]
